Order Status All orders ship within one business day. Guarantee of Satisfaction Your satisfaction is guaranteed with the quality of our DVDs. If you receive a defective DVD, please return it for a replacement. You may return any DVDs that have not been opened for a refund (less shipping and handling) or replacement. How to Order & Payment Information You may order online over the Internet using our secure server, or you can mail your order to us. Ordering online is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to place your order. To order online: Make your selections adding them to the Shopping Cart. Check to be sure that the items you selected are correct with the appropriate quantities. Then fill out your billing information and email address carefully. We send order confirmations by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal as well as personal checks or money orders.
To mail your order: Complete the online form, including billing information if you are paying by credit card, then print out the invoice provided at the end of the transaction. We will never release any information about you in any form -- We will not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, or phone number. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. Merchandise returned for a refund must be unopened and in new and original condition. Shipping Rates & Sales Tax In the Continental U.S., shipping time takes an average of 2 to 3 business days and will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. FedEx 2nd Day Air is available at a slightly higher rate. First Class and Priority Mail is $2.50 for the first DVD, then $1.00 for each additional DVD. Shipments to other countries are at a higher rate depending on shipping method. All International orders are shipped USPS Postal International, unless another service is requested. The cost will be calculated when the order is totaled. All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Sales Tax We are required to collect state tax for all orders shipped anywhere in Texas. The current tax rate is 8.25% and the appropriate amount will be applied to your order after it is totaled.
