Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or refund. Your return must be postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was received for a refund. Items must be unworn with tags attached and in original "like new" condition. For merchandise returned after 15 days, you will receive a gift certificate good towards any future purchase at The Pajama Shoppe. Please do not return items after 60 days of purchase --- they will automatically be refused.

IMPORTANT: Please do not return items that are worn, soiled, ripped, or damaged in any way -- The Pajama Shoppe will not accept these items as a return.

Please note that Panties, Thongs, T-Shirts, Briefs, Bustiers, Corsets, Teddies, and Boxer Shorts are not returnable or exchangeable, due to Health Regulations. Clearance Sale items are final and not returnable. Special Order items are not returnable (see below). All returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was received for a refund. Returns sent to us after this time-period will receive a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate if an exchange is not requested (see Exchanges below). The merchandise “must be in new and original condition” with all tags, buttons, etc., attached. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN Bustiers and Corsets, Teddies, Boxer Shorts, Tap Pants, Thongs, or Panties. These items are not returnable or exchangeable, due to Health Regulations. Items on Sale cannot be returned. Returned items that are excessively wrinkled may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Follow the procedures below when returning items:

  1. Repack your return. Fold your item neatly and place it back in its plastic bag with all original tags and inserts and pack in a box. If you use the original packaging, remove or cover the original shipping label. When using your own packaging, please use a quality bag or carton. You can get a Priority Mail box from your Post Office at no charge.
  2. Complete the Return Form. Complete the Return Form located in Part C of your invoice. Fill in the quantity and write down the reason for return. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit. If you wish to exchange for a new item, please enter the information on your Return Form.
  3. Return your merchandise. Use the standard return label located in Part C of your invoice and affix it to the outside of your package with clear tape or glue. Seal the package securely. Ship your package back by USPS or a carrier of your choice. Insure the package for the value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.

Returns Without Merchandise Return Form
On a sheet of paper, please write your full Name, Address, Telephone Number, and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to return the item for credit or if you exchange it for another item.

If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. We will use your original credit card information to process the order.

Pajamas & Teddy Gram Gifts
Please note that the full purchase price of a Pajamas & Teddy Gram Gift Set is not refundable because it is packaged for individual orders. However, the Pajamas alone can be returned for an exchange or a refund. The rules above apply for returning the Pajamas alone from this Gift Set.

Gift Returns
If you received the merchandise as a gift, follow return steps 1 through 3. Fill in your name and address and indicate if you want an exchange or a gift certificate sent to you.

Return Process
Once the return is received it will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. Any item that shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Returns that are improperly packaged or damaged will be refused upon receipt.

Refunds
Upon verification of your return, your credit card will be credited, less shipping and handling charges. American Express card refunds will incur a service fee of 3.95%. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be mailed to you.

Please Allow 15 Days. It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
If you ordered an exchange, your credit card will be charged for the cost to ship your exchanged merchandise. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise ships. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your exchange, you may place a new order online and you will issue a refund for your exchange.

Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to make sure your package arrives in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems with carriers. Sometimes, damage to shipments do occur. If there appears to be shipping damage, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail us at to inform us of the damaged merchandise that will be returned and we will send you a duplicate order unless you cancel.

Refused Shipments
If you refused a shipment after you place an order, it may incur a 15% restocking fee if not refused for a valid reason. If you chose FedEx for shipping, FedEx charges a reshipping fee which we will bill to your credt card.

Special Orders
Special orders and bulk orders are not returnable. This means orders for 5 or more items in the same style and color or any special order that The Pajama Shoppe may order from a manufacturer specifically for a customer that is not a regular stock item.
