How do I cancel an order that I just placed?

Send us an email to service@pajamashoppe.com stating that you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number, and your order will be canceled if it has not yet shipped.

I was just wondering if you were completely out of this Marilyn Monroe pajama set that was on Clearance Sale?  If so are you going to get more in?

No, sorry, items on Clearance Sale have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase.

What does "Backordered" mean?

An item in size Large says “backordered”. What does this mean?

A

Items that say “backordered” are temporarily out of stock but are on order and should be in within several business days. If you place an order for an item that is backordered, it will be shipped to you as soon as we get it back in stock, and you will receive an email notification when it ships.

How soon will my order ship?

If I place an order today, when will it ship? I have selected USPS Priority Mail.

In stock items usually ship the same day for orders received by 2:00 p.m. (CST). Items that are currently being restocked usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. At times, in-stock items ordered with the Free Shipping method may ship the next 1 to 2 business days

I placed an order to be delivered to Canada and I selected USPS Priority Mail. When can I expect to receive it?

A

After your order is shipped, the US Postal system estimates that it will take from 6 to 10 business days to ship to Canada, and all shipments have to stop in Customs. After it clears Customs, it is contracted out to a different shipping company to get it delivered to you. It usually leaves Customs within 1 to 5 days, depending on their backlog. Depending on the amount of your order, you may be required to pay a tax imposed by your Customs Department, over which we have no control. In the event that you have not received your shipment within a reasonable time-frame, say 15 days, please send us an email and we will track it for you.
