Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Your return must be postmarked within 20 days from the date you received your order for a refund (up to 30 days are allowed for gifts), and within 60 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. Items must be unworn with all buttons, tags, etc., attached and in new and original condition. 

We pride ourselves in selling only brand new unworn merchandise. Please do not return items that are worn, soiled, ripped, or damaged in any way -- they will not be accepted as a valid return. The following intimate items are not returnable: Bras, Briefs, Stockings, Teddies, Thongs, Panties. Your return must have the invoice number on the mailing label and your completed Return Form within the package.

After packing your return neatly in its original plastic bag with the original tags and inserts, place in a package or box.  Complete the Return Form noting the reason for return, check "Refund" or "Exchange", sign and date the form, and enclose with your return, then ship it back to us. You may use the readdressed label included with your Return Instructions.

Exchanges

You will receive an email notification when your merchandise ships. If you ordered an exchange, your credit card will be charged for the cost to ship your exchanged merchandise. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your exchange, you may place a new order online and we will issue a refund for your return.

Refunds

A refund will be issued to your credit card within 20 days after we receive your return in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.  If you chose "Free Shipping", a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 20 business days to process your return and issue a refund. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping charges). If you selected Free Shipping, we will deduct a standard charge to cover shipping from your refund. Please allow up up to 30 days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at anytime before it has been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel, please send us a request for cancellation by replying to your order confirmation with your cancellation request.  Your card will not be charged, or if it has been, you will receive a refund within hours of your cancellation request.
